OUR MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY PDF Print E-mail

We are God's faithful Generals who manage His Business in "The Field" not in "The Ivory Tower". Kingdom Life Ministries' Int’l (KLM) and Jesus Celebration Center at Lasallestrasse 15, 1020 Vienna is God's idea and vision. "Here on earth, God's work must truly be our own." He has empowered it and so it functions. Our Management Principle is total surrender to the leading of the Holy Spirit for total quality in all our ministries, operations and management.

Our Slogan:

"The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel" Mark 1:15

"Living from the mountain top experience!" How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, Your God reigns! "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord(Luke 4:18-19). "Jesus Christ loves you and so do we. Please come home!"

 Our Credo:

"God often gives us many chances, but there is only one chance to harvest a ripe crop. "The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand: repent and believe the gospel. (Mark 1:15)

 Our Cry:

"God, have Your way in our lives!"

 Our Statement Of Faith:

The Holy Bible is the reliability and authority of the Scriptures as being without error in the original languages and the final authority in all matters of faith and practice and that the Bible is inspired by the Holy Spirit, that it is the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. The Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, to be the inspired Word of God, without error in the original writings, the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men and the divine and final authority for Christian faith and life. The Holy Bible is an absolute truth that has not changed from the time God inspired men to write down His words until now when I hold it in my hands. God himself has promised to preserve His words forever, not just the general meaning or story, but word for word. "The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever". (Psalms 12:6-7)

In Trinity:

The Holy Bible declares about the Trinity of one substance and power, and coeternal, namely the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Gen. 1:1; Ex. 3:14; Deut. 6:4; John 8:58 1Tim. 1:17 Matt. 28:19; 2 Cor. 13:14. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. An "Evangelical Christian" is a person exhibiting four beliefs and behaviours:

 i) Conversionism: The belief that lives of all humans need to be changed by way of a born again decision to repent of their sins and accept Jesus as Lord and Saviour.

ii) Activism: The expression of the gospel in various ways, including missionary outreach and social reform.

iii) iii) Biblicism: A particular regard for the Bible as the Word of God and the ultimate authority for religious belief and morality. We are a Bible believing Church.

iv) Crucicentrism: A stress on the substitutionary atonement by Christ on the cross. In Him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace.
